We Now Offer a "Self-Pay" Military/Veteran DISCOUNT!

We are honored to treat our veterans and servicemen but since we cannot bill their Tri Care insurance, we do offer a "self-pay" Military/Veteran DISCOUNT! 

The discount is as follows (the first amount reflects our normal "cash rate"):

Appointments
New Patient: $140 - $20 = $120
Re-Exam: $80 - $10 = $70
Follow-up: $60 - $10 = $50
 
Extra Services
Laser Therapy: $30 - $10 = $20
Dry Needling: $20 - $5 = $15
