Information about our Fall Drive

As we enter into a season of thanksgiving, hopefully we are reminded of how blessed we are to have as much as we do. There are many people in the world who are not as fortunate, so we are at it again with our fall drive! For the month of November we will be collecting stuff for the homeless. All items will be given to the Nashville Rescue Mission. Did you know that the mission helps anywhere from 500-800 people a day? As the cooler temperatures approach, the number of homeless people they see, increase. The mission isn't just a place for these people to get fed and to have a warm place to stay for the night, but it's also a place where they can get clean clothing and toiletry items too. With that said, we will be collecting a broad range of items. Some of those items are as follows:

* New (or gently used) coats or clothing
* New (or gently used) shoes
* Toiletries (tooth brushes, toothpaste, deodorant, soap/body wash, etc.)
* New packages of socks & underwear
* New (or gently used) blankets
