Spine & Joint Center
We reached our goal and kept our promise. Thanks to all of our patients for helping us to #FillTheWell.
We have nominated Spring Hill Smiles along with Spring Hill Eye Care to continue with the food collections at their businesses to keep The Well stocked for those in our community needing help with putting food on the table.
We will be collecting food at our office until Tuesday, February 28th.
The items listed below are what is most needed but we will be collecting any food items you are willing to give.
For more information on The Well, please click on this link: www.springhillwell.org
For your donation, you get to cast a vote for different events that our entire office staff will participate in. We MUST reach our goal of collecting over 200 lbs of food for one of these events to occur: Pies in the Face, 80's Retro Day, or Polar Plunge.
Our office will be closed on Monday, January 2nd in observance of New Year's. We will be returning on Tuesday, January 3rd at 7:30 am.
Have a safe and happy 2017!
We hope all of our patients at In Motion Spine & Joint Center have a Merry Christmas as well as a Happy New Year.
The office will be closed on Friday, December 23rd and Monday, December 26th to give the staff time to celebrate the holiday with family and loved ones. We will be open again to treat patients on Tuesday, December 27th at 7:30 am.
In Motion is super excited to be getting a visit from Santa. He is making a special trip down here just to see all of the good boys and girls in Spring Hill!
Make sure to stop by the office on Saturday, December 17th anytime between 9:00-11:00 that morning to get your picture made while enjoying a cookie or two with the big guy!
This Christmas we have chosen to help support the beautiful residents in Spring Hill living at the Willow Springs Retirement Community, specifically in their Alzheimer's unit (the Arbors at Willow Springs). Many of these residents do not have family in the area and are often forgotten about this time of year. We want to change that!
Starting Monday, December 5th, we will be collecting items that we hope will bring these sweet people a little bit of comfort during this holiday season. Some suggestions on what to donate would be fuzzy socks, scarves, blankets, lotions, deodorants, shower gels, and snacks (some being sugar-free). Specifically, there are 20 women and 10 men in this unit. Our collection will go through, Wednesday, December 21st. As always, we thank you for your continued generosity and support!
Curious about chiropractic? Come out and get to know us at IMSJC. Learn our approach to chiropractic care and manual therapy with a short lecture followed by a Q&A session in a free, no pressure environment.
We specialize in all types of manual therapy and rehab techniques and we want to teach the community and you how having all these different types of therapies allow us to treat many different conditions.

Within the next several weeks, In Motion Spine and Joint Center will have a new home. Only 1.5 miles from our current location on Main Street in Spring Hill you will find an old familiar home with now new beginnings. Over the past several months we have been converting this old home into a stunning new office space and we look forward to providing the same level of care at 5242 Main Street. Below is timeline of the front hall of the house as we have gone through the renovation. As with any construction process and involvement with municipalities, the exact move date is not in concrete, however, we will be giving plenty of notice via our newsletter, Facebook and Instagram accounts, as well as signs in the office. Please be sure that we have your current contact info or click the links above and like our social media accounts to be up-to-date on the exciting changes taking place! Thanks to all that have been involved and helping along the way!
We would love to see our patients at the Rippavilla Plantation!
